Beginner Email Marketing Tips So You Do It Right
At this point in our lives, email is as equally popular and used as the the phone. Get this, there have been quite a few studies that show that you should send an email to the people on your list on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. It's these days that most people are receptive to talk and listen. That means that they have a higher chance of reading your copy, which means there's more of a chance they'll buy. The reason Monday's are no good for sending emails is because the weekends often leave people trying to play catch-up. Then, on Thursday and Friday, they're trying to get ready for the weekend. For that reason, get them in the middle of the week and you'll see better results. You will want to ensure you do this the right way because you don't get to try it again. Sure, you could send another one, but not for a long time.
Trying to cover more than one topic is not a proven way to do this, and you don't really have enough space to do it well. The more information you have in your email, the higher will be the chances of your subscriber just deleting it. When you do this, you'll be conditioning your readers and it will be remembered when future emails arrive. But this approach is not necessarily the best one for full-blown newsletter type emails - it's only for promotional emails. Still though, with something like a newsletter email, it's a good idea to focus only on a few topics.
If you build a list, you practically cannot manage it very well unless you use an autoresponder service. Of course there are many benefits to this, but the main benefit is that you'll save tons of time. And after anyone opts in to your list, then you can automatically send them a nice little thank you email. Autoresponders have very many uses from regular emails to mini courses, etc. If you learn all you can about email marketing, then it's possible to do well with it.
